Job Description
Under the general direction of the Director of Finance & Business Support, the Financial Accountant assists in managing the hotel’s accounting operations and financial controls. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, supports budgeting and forecasting activities, maintains accounting records, and ensures compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Skills Required
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation processes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or hotel industry
